Real House is pleased to offer you a fully furnished and equipped family home in Palio Tsifliki, just 10 minutes drive from the center of Kavala, where you can relax and enjoy your holidays! 

Guests have exclusive access to the two upper levels of the house. The main level has both a seating and dining area as well as a breakfast nook.  There is a guest bathroom available on this level and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside on the balcony there are both seating and dining areas with beautiful sea views.  On the second level there are 3 bedrooms each with queen size beds and air conditioning as well as, one of the bedrooms has an ensuite bath.  On this level there is also an extra bathroom. 

There is a BBQ in the large fenced yard, as well as, a children's small play area.  Parking for smaller vehicles is available on site, whereas, larger vehicles can securely park outside the gated property. 

The house can sleep up to 8 adults and 2 children in cribs.
